Expertise & Team
Mr John Kelly
John is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants. He established his own practice “JJ Kelly & Co” in 1977 and has built this practice for over thirty years where he still is Managing Director of JJ Kelly & Co Ltd which continues to grow from strength to strength.
In partnership with Damian Quinn he is now bringing a wealth of experience to Veritas Chartered Accountants from his extensive commercial and financial expertise. He specialises in management consultancy and business restructuring for companies, individuals and partnerships. He has been very active recently in assisting companies though Examinerships/Company Voluntary Arrangements.
John is currently involved with a number of renewable energy assignments relating to wind farms. John has vast experience in negotiations with the leading renewable energy companies. If your land has potential for wind energy and you have been approached with an offer for options on your land, speak to John first as your land may be worth alot more than the offer made.
Mr Damian Quinn
Damian qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers having initially started his career with a small firm in Ireland who dealt with SMEs/Family Business Sector. Joined PricewaterhouseCoopers to gain experience of larger companies and to gain more exposure to audit and assurance engagements including due diligence assignments/insolvency assignments.
Together with John, Damian established Veritas Chartered Accountants with a view to marrying his SME and large company experience to provide a professional service to owner managed companies.
At Veritas we are different in that we look to develop the commercial and non-financial aspects of our clients business without taking our eye from the financial element of your business. We aim to be seen as a trusted business advisor and not just someone you meet once a year.
